On Tuesday 14th October, we had a visit from the BHF. They came to talk to us about Heart Disease and the main causes of it. It fitted in really well with our topic "Mighty Me." We learned all about healthy diet and the exercise needed to burn off certain foods...Did you know, it takes 2 and a half hours cycling to use up the calories in a fish and chip supper!!
It was a very informative talk and certainly made us think about our lifestyle choices!
